From dog poop all over the walk ways, side walks, grass, elevators, overflowing from dog bins to beer cans, trash, literal full trash bags left in the grass next to the buildings. Maintence and personnel are very helpful and quick when it comes to fixing problems or whatever issues you are having. Great place to live and decently priced as well. Save yourself from this horrible place. I got my final bill and was told by Lauren in the front office that i wouldn't get any late fees if I paid my rent and not the Utilities. Now i have a final bill of over $170 dollars in Late fees and billing is so rude that they wont help you. I should have followed my instinct and never chosen this property.

I have complained numerous times and sent audio recordings to the office multiple times. Even the area is going downhill with crime, shootings, robberies. I also drove by and noticed someone had ran through the dog park. It’s crazy that I drove by TWO weeks later and they still didn’t put up caution tape, remove the sharp metal OR remove the literal pieces of CAR left there..
