Maintence and personnel are very helpful and quick when it comes to fixing problems or whatever issues you are having. Great place to live and decently priced as well. Save yourself from this horrible place. I got my final bill and was told by Lauren in the front office that i wouldn't get any late fees if I paid my rent and not the Utilities. Now i have a final bill of over $170 dollars in Late fees and billing is so rude that they wont help you. I should have followed my instinct and never chosen this property.
I have lived here a long time and it used to be nice. They are inside the walls of the complex and the complex does nothing about it. I have complained numerous times and sent audio recordings to the office multiple times. Even the area is going downhill with crime, shootings, robberies. I also drove by and noticed someone had ran through the dog park. It’s crazy that I drove by TWO weeks later and they still didn’t put up caution tape, remove the sharp metal OR remove the literal pieces of CAR left there..
